EX-MADAM TO CNN: “I’M AVAILABLE.”

DAVIS-SPITZER WOULD GENERATE FIREWORKS AND RATINGS

Ex-Madam Kristin Davis, who supplied call girls for Eliot Spitzer, has a message for CNN executives—“I’m available.”

CNN dumped Spitzer’s co-host Kathleen Parker from the ex-governor’s ratings challenged show after reports that Spitzer felt that Parker, rather than his banal analysis of current events, was responsible for dismal ratings.

“Now that Kathleen Parker has learned that Eliot Spitzer is a misogynist pig, perhaps it’s time for CNN executives to pair Spitzer with someone who will challenge his sanctimonious know-it-all rants,” said Davis, who worked as the Vice President of a hedge fund before founding the most successful multi-million dollar escort service in history. “I’m available.”

“Eliot Spitzer avoided prosecution for various state and federal crimes while those who committed similar crimes went to prison,” said Davis. “More importantly, he has benefitted monetarily for those crimes by being paid substantially more by CNN than his salary as governor.”

Davis was convicted on one count of promoting prostitution and served four months on Rikers Island. Her probation ended in November of 2010. She recently founded Hope House, a non-profit program to combat sex trafficking and assist women who have been conscripted into a life of prostitution.

“Ms. Parker’s contract, which she most likely got paid in full despite her termination, most likely prevents her from telling the truth about the circumstances surrounding her leaving the show,” said Davis, who ran for governor in 2010 to protest the inequalities in the justice system, which caused her prosecution while Spitzer went unprosecuted.

“If CNN really wants someone who will confront Spitzer instead of a lap dog, I’m their woman,” said Davis.

Legalize Marijuana
By Kristin Davis

When economic recessions decimate state coffers, politicians usually turn to their traditional streams of revenue to replenish their budgets.  In other words, they raise taxes and strain the very system that is already overburdened.  Currently, New Yorkers carry one of the highest tax burdens in the country, and city and local budgets all over the state are straining for every dollar.  It is clear that New York State has reached critical mass in the taxation of its citizenry.  New York needs innovation and recent developments in California can serve as a model for our state.

Californians who use marijuana are asking the government to tax and regulate its use as a potential solution to their current budget crisis.  New York should follow suit.  I know talk of legalization of pot immediately sets off a clamor among the anti-drug crowd, but their rhetoric is generally exaggerated, erroneous or plain wrong.  They are misinformed and the unfounded fears surrounding marijuana use has stuffed our prisons full of nonviolent people and saddled our state with outlandish incarceration costs for decades.  The demonization of marijuana must stop.   There is a plethora of scientific opinions that debunk marijuana myths, but the true tragedy is that marijuana criminalization has been an epic failure.

The disinformation surrounding marijuana use must be dispelled.  No body of evidence supports its reputation as a “gateway” to other harder drugs.  It is no more addictive than coffee.  The health risks of alcohol and tobacco dwarf those of marijuana.  It has proven medical benefits.  And it was legal for many years.

I am not advocating a free for all policy.  I want marijuana use strictly regulated and I want to tax its use.  The revenue potential is enormous.  We would eliminate a huge class of criminals and empty out costly jail cells while also collecting taxes on marijuana use.  New Yorkers deserve a tax break so let’s innovate.  I say regulate and tax marijuana use now.

MANHATTAN MADAM REVEALS GOV X NOT SCHWARZENEGGER

REFUSES TO NAME GOVERNOR X

By Kristin Davis

Reports in the New York Daily News that my escort service booked an escort for a second governor in addition to Governor Eliot Spitzer are accurate. I provided ladies for Spitzer during the time he was both Attorney General and Governor and did four months on Rikers Island when I could not make the $2 million bail for my role in operating a multi-million dollar escort service in which Spitzer, along with many other prominent men in politics, business, law, entertainment and professional sports ,were my clients.

In the last 48 hours I have inundated with press calls demanding that I release the name of Governor number 2, dubbed by the New York Daily News as Governor X . I will not do so because, although I am no longer in the business of supplying beautiful women for wealthy men and have no intention of ever going back to it, I am a professional and discretion is part of my old business. Call it business ethics.

I will categorically say the Governor was NOT Arnold Schwarzenegger. I decide to clear the air about this because the Terminator has been the subject of unfair press speculation that he was my client.

Outing Eliot Spitzer is a very different matter. Spitzer was prosecuting escort rings at the same time he was patronizing mine…and others. In one case he actually gave a competitor of mine the heads up before a federal bust so they could disappear. Hypocrisy, your name is Eliot !

At least two national publications offered me significant money for my client list- and trust me some of these names would be page one! In both cases I declined. I am not interested in ruining  anyone’s life and feel revealing the names of my clients serves no good purpose. The ‘boys” never get prosecuted only the girls.

A more important question is how long we are going to  play this ridiculous game of gotcha before we legalize, regulate and tax prostitution for the safety of both the ladies and the johns and for the benefit of the public coffers. Prostitution will always be with us.  It denies human nature to think otherwise. It’s time for government to get it’s share.

New York State is broke and the only thing the clowns in Albany can think about is cutting vital services or raising taxes on working people. There is a better way- and it involves legalizing the oldest profession on earth.

I recently had the opporunity to talk with Tzach Yoked who is a reporter with Israel's largest newspaper, Ma' ariv. He is a great interviewer and was very interested in my story. I have a few pieces coming out this month internationally and this is just the first.

Thought I would take a moment and share it with you- was on the cover which is always nice coverage. I have no idea what this says since I don't speak Hebrew.

Went on the Wendy Williams Experience today! For those of you who don't know her- you should look her up!! She is a nationally syndicated super hot, ballsy host of one of the most popular R & B Stations in the country.

It was truly a pleasure being her guest. I was warned in advance that she can be tough and to be ready. The same was said about Opie and Anthony and I found those guys to be absolute dolls. As is true about Wendy.

We were greeted by her producer, Ken who is a real sweetheart! Then we were led to her private sitting room which was decorated in Leopard print and pink- how could I not love that? He gave us some Nuvo and said "you MUST drink"! So, when in Rome - we had a drink. Nuvo is a bubbly pink drink that is a cross between a wine cooler and Boones Strawberry Hill (yeah I've hung out in the hood in my day). It was really good tho, I started getting a buzz after 3 sips.

About 10 minutes later we were led into the studio where she was already on air live. We quickly hugged and she looked me up and down and said "You don't look like a Madam". I said, I've heard that before. I'm well aware that Madams are supposed to be old and scary looking. She then started asking me about my tattoos, my life, and my hair weave/plastic surgery. To which I answered truthfully. My tattoos are all symbolic of a certain time or person in my life - my boobs are fake - I've had lipo but the lips are mine. And my hair- every girl needs a weave. Thats a fact. Fake hair is a passion of mine and she said during commercial break that she has over 100 wigs- her husband likes long hair and diversity.

God bless her, she was a sweetheart and super gorgeous. In fact, I think she has bigger boobs than me. I left having had a blast and thrilled because being on her show was such a positive experience. She even said- hey you might not agree with what I've done but there are people bigger than me who deserve to be punished. Aint that the truth...
